No, you can step out at any point if you feel uncomfortable or need to use the washroom.

You can receive a refund on your deposit 24 hours or more ahead of your booking. The deposit is non-refundable less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation.

Yes. You can do any of our rooms with less than the minimum requirement, however our rooms are designed to be played with 4-8 players and may be more difficult with less players. The minimum cost per room is $120.00. Our room Trapped in Time is the exception where 2 players is the minimum for no extra charge. Our seasonal escape rooms are designed for 3-6 players but are doable with 2 with a minimum cost of $75.00.

You do not have to take off your shoes. To keep the rooms and lobby clean all we ask is that you wipe your shoes down good before coming in! You are also more than welcome to bring indoor shoes or slippers!

There is a free parking lot on the south side of our building.

We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before your booking in order for us to fully explain the rules and your game objective.

All adults will be required to complete a waiver. An adult must complete a waiver for players under 16. Payment will be required before the game starts.

Yes kids are welcome but it may be a little challenging depending on the difficulty level of each individual room. We recommend ages 12+. Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

It is $30.00 per player including taxes for our 5, 60 minute escape rooms. A room minimum of $120.00 is required for these rooms. Trapped in Time is the only exception to this rule. This room can be booked with 2 or 3 players for no room minimum. It is $25.00 per player including taxes for our 45 minute seasonal room. We require a deposit online for one player to book the room. A room minimum of $75.00 is required for booking this room.

Yes. Each team likes to play a little differently. We won’t limit the amount of hints you can get but in order to get on the leader board you have a maximum of 3 hints.

You have 60 minutes to escape or complete the given task.

Our rooms are not physically demanding they are more mentally challenging. However some rooms require bending, reaching, stepping up and optional crawling. If you have epilepsy, claustrophobia, severe mobility impairments or any other serious conditions please call and speak to one of us to see which room is better suited for you.

The Warlock’s Curse is meant to be creepy with a few jump scares. Younger players aren’t recommended. However our other rooms are family friendly although be mindful that the story line may be unsettling to some participants depending on the age.
